Grace is a wife and mother of two children, a daughter and a son. She spends countless non-billable hours pouring over spreadsheets, creating financial projections and fiscal aspirations for her family. She currently works part-time in a position she likes to call a “faux accountant” so that she can dedicate more time to raising her children and staring at spreadsheets. Her husband, Doc, has turned over all financial matters of the family to her because frankly she is more obsessive than he’ll ever be. He doesn’t seem to mind as long as he can eat out everyday without her complaining (after 5 years of marriage, she actually realized she’d never win this argument and has stopped nagging about it). She started this blog so she can share her on-going thoughts about money matters with individuals other than her family that might be interested.
